We are the first inclusive digital agency
Better Social is a type B social cooperative inspired by the social enterprise movement created by Nobel professor Muhammad Yunus.
We are a social enterprise because we believe that doing business is first and foremost trying to make the world a better place.
Our social aim is to promote employment inclusion, especially of people with disabilities.
Furthermore, our business goal is to innovate and spread digital culture.
From the union of these two points comes our action: to innovate by making the world of work more inclusive through digital skills. We set up our multidisciplinary team on these principles.

We work collaboratively with people and knowledge to achieve better results
There are 3 features that make our team unique:
-the mission on ‘inclusive innovation’ that we have chosen and which motivates us to continue,
-the multidisciplinary composition of the team which is a source of continuous learning
– the collaborative organization of teams and processes through the strategic use of digital tools.
Starting from this approach, we have developed our idea of the Digital Mentor, a figure who accompanies people with disabilities on learning and working paths to acquire digital skills and tools for managing companies’ digital innovation.
